Salted Lassi
Take one part yogurt (1 l) and 3/4 water (750 ml). Blend everything together with chopped green chili peppers (quantity according to taste), 1 teaspoone roasted and ground cumin, 3 teaspoons lime or lemon juice and 2 teaspoons salt. Blend it 'til smooth. Take 1/4 crushed ice (250 ml) into blender, too. Then continue blending til frothy. You can garnish the drink with some of the spices or a mint leaf.
Instead of 1 l yogurt you can take 500 ml yoghurt and 500 ml cool milk. And you can take more water to get a thinner drink
