Lassi

Mithi Lassi

Things you need:

  • 500 g yoghurt
  • 250 ml water, cold
  • 4 spoons sugar
  • Crushed ice

At first you have to give the yoghurt and the water in the mixer. Then you give the sugar in it, too and mix it until all three things are well mixed. This mixture you give into some glasses, then the crushed ice on the lassi. You can serve it right now or later, if you put it in the refrigerator. If you like you can put some fruits on the top of the lassi before you serve it your guests. Tastes very good in summer.
