Lassi

Guaven Lassi

Things you need:

  • 4 guaves
  • 300 g yoghurt
  • 4 spoon sugar
  • 8 ice cubes
  • Some mint
  • 100 ml water, cold

At first you have to halve the guaves. One piece you take, the other comes at side. Now you have to peel and core the guaves, for core you can take a spoon to make it easier. The Half of the guaves you have to cut in little cubes and then you give it in the mixer, together with 150 g yoghurt and sugar. Here you leave it until it is well mixed. Al last you give the water and the rest of the yoghurt for a short time in the mixer. Now you give the lassi into glasses with 2 ice cubes per glass. The other guaves you cut in pieces and give it on the top of the drink together with some mint. It’s very tasty on hot summer days.
